The Congress will be held between June 4–7, 2026, at the KTÜ Osman Turan Congress and Culture Center in Trabzon.
The official language of the Congress is Turkish. English sessions will be simultaneously translated into Turkish, and Turkish sessions will be simultaneously translated into English.
The exhibition and booth areas will be open to participants between 09:00 and 18:00.
Upon request, invitation letters addressed to participants’ institutions for the purpose of obtaining official leave will be issued by the Congress Secretariat. These invitation letters may only be used for permission purposes. Registration and accommodation expenses of participants who receive such invitation letters are the responsibility of the participants themselves.
All participants will be provided with name badges. For the smooth operation of the Congress, participants are kindly requested to wear their badges at all times.
Certificates of attendance will be sent electronically after the Congress to the email addresses provided during registration.
A presentation control room will be available throughout the Congress for speakers who wish to review their presentations. Speakers may also use their personal laptops if they prefer.
