*Note: Early and late registration fees will be discounted by 25% for Karadeniz Technical University (KTÜ) faculty members.
- The registration fee includes: participation in scientific sessions, access to exhibition and booth areas, printed materials, congress bag, coffee breaks, and lunches.
- Registration is mandatory for all participants and company representatives.
- Participants who wish to receive a certificate of attendance must register for at least two days.
- 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
Services Not Included in the Registration Fee:
- Participation in the social program
- Accommodation and transportation expenses are not included
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- For cancellations made before February 15, 2026, 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.

- Accommodation prices are package rates for three nights, with check-in on June 4, 2026 and check-out on June 7, 2026.
